1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. In this User Agreement, unless otherwise directly follows from the text, the following terms will have the meanings specified below:
"Service Owner" - Individual Entrepreneur Ilya Sergeevich Cherkasov, TIN 772003421438
"Request" - filling out the feedback form on the Service page by clicking the "Request a call" and "Submit a request" buttons
"User" - any legally capable individual using the Service.
"Service" - an Internet resource located on the Internet at http://invest.legal/, including the mobile version of the site.
"Agreement" - this user agreement, the text of which is posted at the Internet address http://invest.legal/?action=user_agreement
1.2. All other terms and definitions found in the text of the Agreement shall be interpreted by the Parties in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the usual rules for interpreting the relevant terms that have developed on the Internet.
2. Conclusion of the Agreement
By using the Service, the User confirms that he/she has read and expressed full agreement (acceptance) with the terms of this Agreement without any changes or deletions.
2.1. The text of the Agreement contains all the essential terms and is an offer of the Service Owner to enter into the Agreement with any legally capable individual who has reached the age permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation to accept the Agreement and who uses the Service. Thus, the text of the Agreement is a public offer in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Acceptance of the terms of the Agreement is carried out in one of the following ways (acceptance of the offer in full in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation):
2.2.1. performing any active actions aimed at accepting the terms of the Agreement (for example, clicking on the "Recalculate", "Order a call", "Send request" button, checking a box or other confirmations);
2.2.2. entering the verification code sent to the mobile phone number specified by the User during the use of the Service.
2.3. The Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Service Owner unilaterally without any special notice.
2.4. The Agreement is an open and publicly available document. The Service Owner recommends that Users regularly check the terms of the Agreement for changes and/or additions. The User's continued use of the Service after changes and/or additions have been made to this Agreement shall mean the User's acceptance and consent to such changes and/or additions.
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The subject of the Agreement is the free provision by the Service Owner to the User of access to the Service and its functionality in the manner and on the terms established by the Service Owner.
3.2. The access specified in paragraph 3.1. of the Agreement is provided to the User for the period during which the Service remains available to the User, and within the territory in which the Service remains available to the User.
3.3. The Service Owner has the right to place advertising materials (videos, banners, etc.), announcements, including those of third parties, on the pages of the Service.
4. Terms of Use of the Service
4.1. The User has the opportunity to use the Service to:
4.1.1. view the information posted in the Service
4.1.2. submit a "Request a call" and "Leave a request".
4.1.3. perform other actions provided for by the explicit functions of the Service.
4.2. The Service Owner may update and add new functionality to the Service.
4.3. In order to confirm the Request, a code may be sent to the mobile phone number specified by the User, which the User will need to enter in the manner provided for by the functionality of the Service.
4.4. The User is prohibited from:
4.4.1. bypassing the technical restrictions set in the Service;
4.4.2. creating copies of the Service, as well as its external design;
4.4.3. modifying the Service in any way;
4.4.4. performing actions aimed at changing the functioning and operability of the Service;
4.5. The User is obliged to use the Service in good faith and guarantees that the information provided by him is complete, accurate and reliable. When using the Service, the User is obliged not to violate the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as the rights and freedoms of third parties, moral and ethical standards.
